The staff was friendly and attentive, but
the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired. The breakfast was quite limited and the coffee was below average. While the room was clean, the musty smell and noise from nearby traffic were major distractions during my stay.

missingWrote a review on 11 Novcleanliness issues
Shower water leaned towards warm rather than hot, making for a lackluster experience. Room 104 had a broken extra door latch, and the bathroom ceiling showed signs of peeling. Dust lingered on surfaces, and a fair amount of soapy water in the shower area seemed neglected. The TV setup lacked instructions, leading to some frustrating navigation—especially with the wavy Hallmark Channel signal. In another room, issues included a malfunctioning toilet, no air conditioning, and strange odors. Overall cleanliness was a concern, dirt on the floor and some papers scattered about were less than ideal.

The Deluxe King Room was very clean and comfortable. I especially loved having plenty of outlets for charging all my devices, which is a big plus for tech-savvy travelers. The air-conditioning kept the room nice and cool, perfect for a good night's sleep.
The check-in process was a bit slow.

absolutely could not believe the level of service at this pawn shop masquerading as a hotel. the dirty frig had leftovers, and the toilet seat was unattached, probably an intentional prank. i would’ve expected a room upgrade for these inconveniences, yet here we are, at the red roof inn with a shattered experience. simply disgraceful.

I went there for a quick visit and found the laminate flooring in the room a nice change from carpet. The bed was extremely comfortable which was a plus after a long day.
It wasn’t cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.
